Q1: What is the difference between PTFE, PFA, ETFE, and FEP lining materials? A: Each material has distinct properties for specific applications:
PTFE: Standard lining with excellent chemical resistance (up to 260°C), ideal for most corrosive media
PFA: Higher temperature resistance (up to 260°C) with better stress crack resistance and transparency
ETFE: Superior mechanical strength and wear resistance (up to 150°C), suitable for abrasive slurries
FEP: Good for lower temperature applications (up to 200°C) with excellent non-stick properties
